According to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, access to information may be restricted if its disclosure may cause significant harm to the interests of national security, state defense or public safety. We would like to draw the attention of the media separately to the fact that the dissemination in the public space of information regarding the location, employees, production activities, production facilities, logistics, execution of defense contracts or other information regarding enterprises of the defense-industrial complex in the conditions of armed aggression of the Russian Federation creates additional risks for the security of such enterprises and their employees and may be used by the aggressor state to plan and carry out missile or other strikes on the relevant facilities.

1.1. Limited Liability Company “YARTURA” respects the right of users to privacy and ensures the protection of personal data.
1.2. This Privacy Policy determines the procedure for collecting, processing, using, storing and protecting personal data of users of the Company’s website.
1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, in particular:
• The Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”;
